Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
